Job Overview: Project Ascend We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultant with proven project management and execution capabilities to join a boutique consulting firm specializing in strategy execution and management. The consultant will support a leading property investment company on the execution of its strategy and management initiatives. This role demands strong consulting expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work 100% onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage strategy execution projects within the commercial real estate sector.
2. Develop and implement project management plans to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
3. Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to align on project goals and milestones.
4. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
5. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes.
6. Engage with cross-functional teams to drive execution excellence and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Real Estate, or related fields (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of management consulting and execution experience in strategy and project management roles.
• Proven ability to deliver strategic plans and manage their implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Good understanding of commercial real estate markets, preferably within the GCC region, is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
