Technical Competence

• Proficient in SQL for building customized reports and troubleshooting.
• Strong skills in Linux administration.
• Understanding of VMs and cloud deployment/architecture.
• Ability to read and interpret network diagrams.
• Skilled in taking and reading traces.
• Knowledge of using SOAP UI.
• Understanding of the basic functionality of DNS and FQDNs.
• Excellent knowledge of control networks, including system, hardware/software functionality, and basic troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of web services.
• Basic understanding of load balancing.
• Ability to understand performance reports.
• Familiarity with network implementation/integration processes.
• Understanding of project phases, especially operational requirements during implementation, handover, and closure phases.

Skills

• Good experience in systems administration of Linux OS.
• Experience using SQL queries.
• Good experience in Oracle database administration.
• Proficient in Unix shell scripting.
• Programming skills (optional).
• Knowledge of IP networking.
• Systems integration knowledge.
• Familiarity with web services/REST API.
• Hands-on experience with JBoss and Oracle DB.
• Basic knowledge of core Java.
• Familiar with load balancer administration.
