The Business Application Specialist will be responsible for managing business applications, supporting business units and functions, maintaining existing applications, and leading the implementation of new applications.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support processes for various departmental applications and collaborate with other departments, consultants, vendors, and professionals.
• Plan, deploy, and optimize technology-based solutions for departments.
• Provide technical and operational support for ERP solutions and all business applications, coordinating with external parties as needed.
• Work with the IT department and/or vendors to resolve software or hardware issues.
• Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
