What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Uncover business needs - analyze, document, and optimize business processes. Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
  2. Turn data into insights - develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic decisions.
  3. Support technology implementation - work closely with IT teams to integrate solutions (including ServiceNow, if applicable).
  4. Drive change - recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and business performance.
  5. Ensure compliance - align processes with local regulations and company policies.
What You Bring to the Table:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, IS, MIS, or a related field.
  2. 4+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a similar role.
  3. Data-driven mindset - strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Tech-savvy - familiarity with business intelligence tools and automation.
  5. Bilingual advantage - fluent in Arabic and English.
  6. Saudi national - local market understanding is a key asset.
Bonus Points If You Have:
  1. Experience with ServiceNow (major plus!).
  2. Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, or other business process frameworks.
  3. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
