We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst Consultant to join our Service Design department at HUED. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing and improving business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Build and draw business process maps, diagrams, and workflows.

• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements.

• Oversee the implementation of business requirements and validate documentation.

• Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.

• Utilize journey and process mapping tools for workflow optimization.

• Define functional and technical requirements in collaboration with business and IT teams.

• Conduct data analysis and create reports for strategic decision-making and performance tracking.

  
  Qualifications & Skills

  Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

  • Experience in software development, process improvement, or data-driven projects.

  Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in BRD, FRD, user stories, and use cases documentation.

  • Experience with modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart).

  • Familiarity with SQL and tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau.

  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum, Kanban).

  • Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello.
    

  Business & Analytical Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

  • Ability to convert business needs into clear technical documentation.

  • Basic knowledge of public service or related domains.
    

  Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.

  • Team collaboration across QA, developers, and stakeholders.
    

  Preferred (Optional):

  • UAT or QA testing experience.

  • CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA certifications.

  • Exposure to ERP/CRM/custom systems is a plus.
