We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Banking and Capital Markets to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and possess strong analytical and communication skills to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to banking and capital markets .
• Work closely with stakeholders to define business needs, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Conduct feasibility analysis and recommend solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives.
• Perform gap analysis and suggest process optimizations for banking and capital market operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial industry standards in Saudi Arabia.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support post-implementation activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and competitor analysis.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking or Capital Markets domain.

Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, risk management, and regulatory requirements .

Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and system implementation .

Hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and business intelligence (BI) solutions .

Ability to interact with stakeholders, developers, and senior management.

Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a plus.
