Job Title: Business Integrator Services (BIS) Location: On-site in Riyadh Duration: 12 Months
Overview:We are seeking an experienced Manager-level Business Analyst/Project Consultant to join a large-scale digital banking transformation program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong techno-functional background in banking and will play a critical role in bridging business and technology teams by driving business requirements, documentation, and workshops. The role requires on-site presence in KSA, working closely with a big 4 consulting team and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), User Stories, User Journeys, and functional specifications in line with regulatory and business standards.Conduct and facilitate business workshops to capture and validate requirements across key banking functions.Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.Support review of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Technical Specification Documents (TSDs), identifying gaps or misalignments with business requirements.Ensure traceability of requirements across the solution lifecycle and manage stakeholder approvals.
Experience & Skills Required:Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or techno-functional role within the banking industry.Proven experience in digital transformation projects, preferably in a consulting environment.Strong experience in writing clear and comprehensive documentation: BRDs, user stories, and user journeys.Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and digital banking trends in KSA.
