Our vision for the Business Unit at BD

By aligning and simplifying our work, our Integrated Diagnostic Solutions (IDS) business unit aims to drive growth and innovation, from integrated specimen management to diagnostic solutions.

About The Role

The Business Analyst will work closely with team members and stakeholders to identify business requirements for the IDS business in KSA. The role involves managing multiple projects to support the MENAT region, requiring flexibility and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Creating and managing BI and analytics solutions, supporting commercial excellence, sales analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgets, market modeling, strategic pricing, and demand planning.
• Supporting sales and management with data analytics, order data analysis, stock management, safety stock, and expiry management.
• Collaborating with MENAT teams on profitability improvement through price optimization. Serving as Super user for Salesforce.com (SFDC) with high proficiency in data quality.
• Super user and data validator for SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) & Power BI.
• Developing pricing governance, working with business leaders on price approvals, and analyzing monthly pricing impacts.
• Working effectively within a matrix environment across various parts of the IDS structure.
• Coordinating and managing activities and commitments of the CBL by producing and maintaining an integrated calendar of key events, dates, and deadlines critical to the business.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in the healthcare/medical devices industry (IVD experience is a plus).
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Power BI experience is a plus).
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements using techniques like process mapping, use cases, workflows, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and data modeling.
