Job Summary:

Drive the successful delivery related to the KSA market. The role will coordinate between regulatory bodies and Cigna to ensure business requirements are properly integrated into technology solutions. Additionally, manage future changes and act as the point of contact for upcoming requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  2. Provide detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to guide development teams and ensure business needs are met.
  3. Support development teams with project clarifications and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
  4. Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to clarify requirements and support business testing efforts.
  5. Act as the Business Analyst for mega client onboarding changes, regulatory changes, and member addition/policy upload projects.
  6. Serve as a link between business and development teams for pre-authorization, claims, customer care, and regulatory projects.
  7. Work with external project teams, including service providers (e.g., ELM, MASDR) and regulators (e.g., CHI, Insurance Authority), to deliver high-quality BRDs.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and align business processes with client needs.
  9. Expedite bug fixes during business testing by coordinating with development teams and reporting on critical issues.
  10. Design clear and detailed business process flows to optimize operations and enhance system functionality.
  11. Possess technical proficiency in project management tools, BRD drafting, system integration, and process optimization.
  12. Keep all assigned projects updated promptly and accurately in the internal project management tool for management review.
  13. Share regular status reports with stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.
  14. Report business feedback to internal teams and propose actionable improvements.
  15. Update department leaders and IT management on project milestones, risks, and resolutions.
  16. Support new joiners with guidance on systems, processes, and business analysis activities.
  17. Assist other business functions with proposed solutions, PID submissions, and service inquiries.
  18. Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and meet quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software, or related fields.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with regulatory changes on systems like Nphies, Najim, CHI upload, TAHAQAQ, Yakeen.
  • Exposure to the insurance industry.
