Job description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Analyze and model current business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops with key stakeholders to elicit requirements and ensure alignment.
• Support testing efforts by defining test cases and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, use cases, and requirement specifications.
• Identify and assess potential risks related to business requirements and provide recommendations for solutions.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices relevant to business analysis.
• Contribute to the development of training materials and assist in educating team members and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements and user stories.
