Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring that our projects align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and document functional specifications, use cases, and user stories to guide software development and implementation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and refine project scope.
• Analyze data and business metrics to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the testing process by creating test cases and assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT).

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Proven ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
• Proficient in developing functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Extensive experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) proficiency in English is also highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
