Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to support new projects, system implementations, or process improvements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams and other relevant departments.
- Evaluate current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions for process optimization.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Develop detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business needs and objectives.
- Participate in the testing and validation of new systems or solutions to ensure they align with business requirements.
- Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of new processes or technologies within the organization.
- Monitor and track project progress, provide status updates, and identify potential risks or issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT.
- Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL).
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
