Job Description

The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for:

1. Analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
2. Collaborating with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
3. Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, abstracting from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishing user requests from true needs.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with UML and BPMN.
• Knowledge of SOA and web services is a plus.
• Experience in business process re-engineering and business process improvement.
• Fluent in both English & Arabic.
• IIBA (ECBA) certification is desirable.
• Strong analytical, documentation (Arabic + English), and communication skills.
