Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: Open for discussion

Experience: 8-10 years

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
2. Utilize process mapping and journey mapping for workflow optimization.
3. Develop business cases and propose strategic solutions.
4. Define functional and technical requirements in collaboration with IT teams.
5. Assist in selecting and evaluating business solutions.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and key deliverables.
7. Identify and resolve functional issues and inefficiencies.
8. Provide recommendations and document best practices for continuous improvement.
9. Conduct data analysis and reporting for decision-making and performance tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis and process improvement.
2. Expertise in process mapping, journey mapping, and business process reengineering (BPR).
3. Ability to analyze and document business requirements and workflows.
4. Experience in evaluating and implementing business solutions.
5. Strong understanding of data analysis, performance metrics, and BI tools.
6. Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
7. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with ERP, CRM, or workflow automation tools.
2. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies.
3. Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Six Sigma.
4. Experience in Saudi Arabia’s business environment.
