Responsibilities
- Assist with the Product team in business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Analyze the capability with the product/business overall.
- Assist in the documentation process for the business requirements.
- Coordinate ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Follow-up with the product owner for the progress & deliver the report status to direct manager.
- Updating, and maintaining procedures.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Perform any other duties as required by the direct manager.
