Position Objectives:

• Responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and supporting the development of long-term strategic initiatives that enhance Fiber market position.
• Involves conducting in-depth market research, strategic analysis, and performance assessments to identify growth opportunities, optimize business operations, and improve cost efficiency.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop business cases, provide strategic insights, and support leadership in making informed decisions that align with corporate objectives, within the fiber domain.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and strategic opportunities.
• Analyze financial data, business performance metrics, and market conditions to support business case development and strategic planning.
• Provide insights on large-scale projects, Fiber infrastructure initiatives, to guide investment and growth strategies.
• Develop models to assess the feasibility and impact of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives.
• Support cross-functional teams in optimizing cost structures, particularly in regulatory and compliance areas.
• Assist in formulating strategic recommendations for leadership based on data-driven insights and industry benchmarking.
• Contribute to due diligence exercises, supporting the evaluation of new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance forecasting, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide periodic reports on business performance and market positioning.
• Track the number and quality of new market opportunities, strategic initiatives, and emerging trends identified through analysis.
• Measure the approval and implementation rate of strategic business cases developed to support growth and optimization.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of cost reduction initiatives, particularly in regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Assess the financial impact of new strategies, business models, or market expansions on overall revenue growth.
• Monitor the adoption of strategic insights and recommendations in executive decision-making and business planning.
• Track the effectiveness of competitive analysis in shaping strategic direction and market positioning.
• Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of strategic projects and initiatives by measuring financial performance against projections.
• Measure engagement and alignment with cross-functional teams in executing strategic plans and initiatives.
• Quantify enhancements in business processes, resource allocation, and performance optimization driven by strategic insights.
• Track the implementation success rate of strategic plans and initiatives within defined timeframes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor&aposs or master&aposs degree in engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, or related field) or Business Administration with a technical focus.
• 15+ years&apos experience in business analysis, and strategic planning within the technology/telecommunications industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools, data visualization, and strategic reporting.
• Knowledge of products, services, and market positioning.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and present strategic recommendations to senior management.
