Job Title:Business Administrator at ADL Leadership Academy

Location:Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Compensation:SAR 4,000–5,000 per month, plus health insurance

We are currently seeking aBusiness Administratorto join our team in Jeddah. This role is essential in supporting our operations and marketing functions, ensuring our programs run smoothly and our participants have a seamless learning experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is fluent in LinkedIn content creation, logistics coordination, and administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Operations with day-to-day tasks and planning.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions including venue booking, scheduling, and participant communication.
  • Maintain and update accurate records including attendance reports, session calendars, and feedback forms.
  • Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS), including user access and training paths.
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues and provide user support to enhance the learning experience.
  • Develop engaging LinkedIn posts and basic promotional videos to showcase program success and participant impact.
  • Provide onboarding support and client assistance during the service phase.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture aligned with ADL’s commitment to excellence.
  • Prepare and submit internal reports on training capacity, session evaluations, and performance insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
