We are currently seeking aBusiness Administratorto join our team in Jeddah. This role is essential in supporting our operations and marketing functions, ensuring our programs run smoothly and our participants have a seamless learning experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is fluent in LinkedIn content creation, logistics coordination, and administrative excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Operations with day-to-day tasks and planning.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions including venue booking, scheduling, and participant communication.
- Maintain and update accurate records including attendance reports, session calendars, and feedback forms.
- Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS), including user access and training paths.
- Troubleshoot LMS issues and provide user support to enhance the learning experience.
- Develop engaging LinkedIn posts and basic promotional videos to showcase program success and participant impact.
- Provide onboarding support and client assistance during the service phase.
- Foster a collaborative team culture aligned with ADL’s commitment to excellence.
- Prepare and submit internal reports on training capacity, session evaluations, and performance insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, HR, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
