Job Description

Role Description: The primary purpose of the Senior Solution Sales is to lead, drive, and manage this Line of Business (LOB) across Strategic Accounts in the Kingdom, consistently attaining targeted revenue and profitability goals. This is achieved by utilizing sales leadership skills, relevant processes, and training to meet all sales and quality targets aligned with business objectives. The position also serves as the primary escalation point for Solution Sales activities when necessary.

Expectations and Tasks:

  1. Build, drive, and grow the business across strategic accounts.
  2. Manage the sales pipeline proactively to ensure achievement of set goals.
  3. Participate in regular business review meetings or forecast calls.
  4. Provide feedback to Field Management on engagement levels with the Solution Sales Team.
  5. Sell the BTP portfolio and act as the point of contact in strategic accounts.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and field sales management to understand and implement initiatives with Solution Sales requirements.
  7. Drive and coordinate with the field management team to develop pipeline, revenue, and demand management.
  8. Provide feedback on executed initiatives to enable continuous program improvement.

It is expected that you know your extended team members and share insights with peer managers. Look for opportunities to coach, recognize employees directly, and provide timely feedback to facilitate immediate reflection and improvement.

Work Experience
  • Extensive sales experience with business applications and/or IT solutions; experience selling to CXOs.
  • Collaborative style and ability to work within a networked organization with virtual teams.
  • Proven track record of capturing and growing customer and market share profitably.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales and sales management (Direct Sales).
  • Successful quota-carrying track record with overachievement.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (Saudi National).
