As an Art Director, you must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love the challenge of discovering what makes our clients “click”. You will cooperate with a design-savvy team to devise an overall concept. The goal is to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive Brand Identities and art that stimulate targeted audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Identity: Developing and maintaining a consistent visual identity for the brand, including logo design, color schemes, typography, and style guidelines.
- Creative Direction: Providing creative direction for all brand-related projects, ensuring they align with the brand's identity and messaging.
- Understand the Brand Strategy: Understanding brand archetypes and brand personality.
- Artistic Direction: Providing artistic direction and feedback to creative teams to achieve the desired brand aesthetic.
- Concept Development: Creating and refining concepts for branding campaigns, advertising, and marketing materials.
- Brand Guidelines: Creating and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure that all materials adhere to the brand's design standards.
- Market Research: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and conducting market research to inform design decisions.
- Analyze Brand History: Analyzing market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Quality Control: Ensuring the quality and consistency of design work across all brand materials.
- Tasks Management: Organizing and prioritizing your handled tasks.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with marketing, advertising, and product teams to ensure the brand's visual representation is consistent across all touchpoints.
- User Experience (UX): Ensuring that the brand's design elements enhance the user experience, especially in digital interfaces.
- Follow Project Deadlines: Managing time allocation and ensuring daily timesheet submission.
- Brand Evolution: Continuously evolving and adapting the brand's visual identity to stay relevant and appealing to the target audience.
- Presentation: Effectively presenting design concepts to the team, stakeholders, and clients.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with logo design, visual systems, patterns, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection, package design, guidelines, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or other visual design and wire-framing tools. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
