Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategy, tone of voice, and storytelling across platforms
  • Lead integrated campaigns across product launches, events, promotions, and seasonal moments
  • Collaborate with R&D, Creative, and Digital teams to bring new menu items to life
  • Conduct market and trend research to identify white space opportunities
  • Drive pricing and promotion strategy in collaboration with operations
  • Manage agency partners across creative production and research initiatives
  • Build feasibility studies and business cases for new channels like Catering, Events, and D2C Website/App and more
  • Lead event partnership strategy (e.g. sports leagues, concerts) and align execution with Trade Marketing
  • Set KPIs, monitor brand performance, and deliver actionable insights and reporting

Ensure consistent cross-functional alignment with Product Development, Trade Marketing, Digital, and Operations


Skills

Must-Have Experience:

  • 4–6 years in brand management, ideally within F&B, QSR, or FMCG
  • Strong understanding of product marketing, consumer research, and campaign execution
  • Experience managing creative and research agencies
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and data-led decision making
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment

Bonus Points:

  • Experience launching or scaling catering, events, or D2C digital channels
  • Understanding of food aggregator platforms and promotional mechanics
  • Insight into culinary trends and consumer food behaviors
