Title: Brand Manager Enterogermina – KSA & Gulf

Reporting Line: AMET Zone Brand & Capabilities Lead

Job Purpose

Responsible for the assigned portfolio to build loved, purposeful, and consumer-centric brands and deliver market share and financial targets.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Brand planning: Develop and implement effective brand activation, HCP, digital, and media campaigns to engage target audiences.
  2. Brand building: Develop brand fundamentals (Brand Pulse) to ensure the creation of strong, loved, and enduring brands.
  3. Consumer Champion: Stay abreast of consumer motivations and trends, systematically uncovering the latest consumer, shopper, and HCP insights.
  4. Innovation: Lead product innovation pipeline from concept to in-market launch, collaborating with science hub and manufacturing/supply teams.
  5. Consumer / HCP Engagement & Experience Plan: Develop integrated assets and campaigns activating across the entire eco-system; elevate creative excellence and media effectiveness across channels.
  6. Business management: Oversee IBP demand forecast and brand P&Ls with optimal A&P investment, focusing on prioritization and tracking progress against top deliverables.
  7. Performance focus: Drive results, establish a monthly cadence to monitor performance, and take proactive actions to course correct or scale quickly.
