Summary
Development, implementation, and accountability for operational plans that optimize profitability, market share, and revenue growth for Kesimpta in both the short and long term.

About the Role
Major Accountabilities:
- Proactive development of marketing and promotional strategies to meet brand objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor business performance and external environment using appropriate tools to take corrective actions as needed.
- Liaison with external agencies to deliver initiatives for Kesimpta.
- Manage budgets for Kesimpta accurately.
- Create and execute operational plans aligned with the brand's lifecycle to maximize returns for Novartis.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Full accountability for the brand and all related programs.
- Apply marketing principles and C4 process to meet customer needs.
- Develop customer insights into Multiple Sclerosis disease and market through appropriate techniques/tools.
- Support and build the team to reach goals.
- Manage external agencies to meet team objectives.
- Act as Kesimpta brand champion to foster enthusiasm and focus internally and with external stakeholders.
Key Performance Indicators / Measures of Success:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with external agencies and patient groups.
- Full financial accountability for advertising and promotional budgets.
- Utilize key market research approaches and act on insights to generate positive business outcomes.
- Deliver 90% of the operational plan on time and to high standards.
- Manage all components related to Kesimpta as a priority brand.
- Develop strategic forecasts based on a robust patient model.
- Launch line extensions, new campaigns, or programs, and defend against generics.
