Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Brand Management (Perfume)
- Develop and implement the brand strategy to enhance the market position of perfumes in Saudi Arabia and the region.
- Manage marketing and branding activities, including advertising campaigns, digital promotions, and social media engagement.
- Analyze the market and competitors to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative marketing plans.
- Oversee the design and execution of advertising campaigns to meet target objectives.
- Monitor and manage branch performance to achieve sales goals.
- Create and implement sales plans to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners to foster loyalty and brand advocacy.
- Manage marketing and sales budgets to ensure a strong return on investment.
- Develop training plans for branch employees to ensure high service quality and sales achievement.
- Support recruitment by selecting top talent with an understanding of the perfume market.
- Prepare professional presentations and visual materials to showcase brand strategies.
- Monitor brand performance and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with design and creative teams to align campaigns with brand identity.
- Develop strategies to expand market share and increase brand awareness.
- Stay updated with market and technology trends to refine brand strategies.
- Collaborate with finance to develop strategies to boost sales, maintain profits, and meet financial targets.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in brand management, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or luxury sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the perfume industry and regional consumer behavior.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills for decision-making.
- Creativity: Ability to lead creative campaigns and product innovations.
