Our client is seeking a talented Brand Manager to oversee the operations, performance, and strategic direction of the brand within the company. This role involves managing all aspects of the brand, including sales, marketing, customer service, financial performance, and team development. The Brand Manager must ensure the brand meets its business goals, maintains strong customer relationships, and continues to grow in a competitive market.

- Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the brand, aligning with company goals and market trends.
- Lead the brand’s positioning in the market to maintain a competitive edge.

- Oversee product launches, updates, and lifecycle management for the brand’s vehicle lineup.
- Sales & Financial Management
- Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring budget adherence and profit optimization.
- Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and discounts to maximize profitability.
- Provide regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Marketing & Customer Experience
- Lead marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
- Proven success in driving sales growth and operational excellence within the automotive sector.
