The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, driving revenue growth, and managing sales team within a designated branch.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives within designated branch.
- Identifies opportunities for growth within the branch's territory and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Builds and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the branch.
- Addresses customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Acts as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Leads and motivate sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed.
- Monitors sales performance and activity levels, providing feedback and support to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Works closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Monitors inventory levels and sales forecasts to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Collaborates with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to increase sales.
- Analyzes market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintains strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepares and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, including pricing, discounting, and credit terms.
- Helps to create advertising campaigns for attracting new customers and retaining current customers and helping to create both in and outside-store promotions for attracting customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in the same field.
- Retail and van sales operations experience required.
