Overview

Job holder will work on shifting schedule in assigned Boutique, working at nights, weekends, and holidays may be necessary. Depending on work requirements, the person may need to work in other boutiques in the same city or in other areas inside Saudi.

Communications & Working Relationships

In case of Boutique Manager absence, the Boutique Supervisor will act as the communication point between Boutique staff and other departments in the company.

Framework, Boundaries, Problems & Decision-Making Responsibility

Share custodianship of in-boutique stock with Boutique Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in managing the store expenses.
• Resolve issues faced by staff and deal with customer complaints, escalated under Boutique Manager supervision.
