Job description

We are hiring for a Boutique Manager to lead the first new flagship store in Riyadh!

What you'll be doing

Your responsibilities will include driving and maximising sales and striving to provide excellence in client service, inspiring and motivating the team, day-to-day stock management and operations, CRM, visual presentation, and creating an elevated and memorable brand experience.

Broad Areas of responsibilities will include:
  1. Successfully lead and develop a high-performing team that achieves individual and team sales results, builds strong team morale, and maintains a positive workplace attitude.
  2. Consistently lead by example and serve as a role model for all team members.
  3. Execute the “Shopping Experience” training program.
  4. Ensure client satisfaction is achieved by all team members.
  5. Consistently meet sales and other brand KPIs.
  6. Analyze store sales and take necessary actions to maximize sales opportunities.
  7. Build solid client relationships and generate a returning client base.
  8. Ensure all team members acquire and grow the client database through engaging and maintaining professional client relationships, ensuring full compliance with local legislation.
  9. Maintain a high standard of visual presentation reflective of the brand directive.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Previous management experience in Jewelry (essential).
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Proven ability to inspire, engage, and develop team members to exceed KPI results.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
