Main Purpose
Your mission will be to craft within the boutique a universe that will deliver a One Of Not Many memorable client experience, create a fulfilling employee experience, and implement a strong clientelling approach to drive ambitious and sustainable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Contribute to growing the Brand’s reputation and desirability in the market by participating in networking activities outside of the Boutique, including client events.
- Initiate Boutique events and activities through partnerships to boost sales and traffic.
- Be aware of the local business environment and its impact on our sales, including the commercial activities of competitors.
Clienteling:
- In collaboration with the boutique team, drive and monitor all CRM and clienteling initiatives.
- Lead by example and develop individual relationships with clients and prospects.
- Build and develop the VVIP database.
Boutique Performance and Operations Management
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets aligned with Brand objectives.
- Propose, define, monitor, and guarantee the implementation of dynamic action plans to achieve Maison and boutique sales targets.
- Drive, monitor, and report performance; develop and share in-depth knowledge of the boutique business.
- Demonstrate sales leadership for staff and set performance targets for team and individual KPIs.
- Drive change and ensure adoption of new tools & services.
- Manage boutique operations in accordance with Brand and group compliance policies.
- Ensure all Brand and Richemont procedures are followed to optimize team performance on the shop floor.
Represent Brand Identity - Act as a Maison Ambassador
- Act as an ambassador for the Brand, maintaining its image with clients and within the local retail community.
- Be the key contact for all interactions with the Group and International HQ, including presenting the boutique and organizing visits and events.
- Adhere passionately to the values and presentation rituals established by the Maison.
Team Management & People Development
- Design the optimal organization, recruit suitable profiles, and ensure a proactive talent pipeline.
- Develop positive relationships with the team by understanding and addressing individual motivations, needs, and concerns.
- Identify and define training needs, ensuring a tailored development plan for each team member.
- Implement regular role plays and on-the-spot coaching to improve performance.
- Coach, train, motivate, and lead by example with professionalism.
- Foster a strong team spirit and reinforce engagement.
- Communicate the strategy and vision of the Maison to motivate the team.
- Drive performance management to meet and exceed KPIs.
