We are hiring for a Boutique Manager to lead the first new flagship store in Riyadh!

What you'll be doing

Your responsibilities will include driving and maximising sales, providing excellent client service, inspiring and motivating the team, managing daily stock and operations, CRM, visual presentation, and creating an elevated brand experience.

Broad Areas of Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop a high-performing team that achieves sales targets, builds morale, and fosters a positive workplace.
2. Lead by example and serve as a role model for team members.
3. Implement and oversee the Shopping Experience training program.
4. Ensure client satisfaction across the team.
5. Achieve sales and brand KPIs consistently.
6. Analyze store sales data and take actions to maximize sales opportunities.
7. Build strong client relationships and generate repeat business.
8. Grow the client database through professional engagement, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
9. Maintain high standards of visual presentation reflecting brand guidelines.
