As a Boutique Manager, you will lead the team to provide clients with exceptional and unique experiences by ensuring excellence in boutique operations and client service.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

The Boutique Manager acts as a true ambassador of the Maison, engaging with clients, partners, team members, and peers. This role offers the opportunity to shape the boutique's strategy, develop talent, and create memorable experiences for our High-End clientele. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Driving and growing the commercial and operational performance of the Boutique.
  • Leading and developing people and the boutique organization.
  • Promoting a client-centric approach and proactive clienteling practices.
  • Collaborating with local HQ to challenge management and oversee commercial and High-End activities.
  • Providing inspirational leadership, translating the boutique vision into actionable objectives, managing deputies, and fostering a client-centric environment.
  • Ensuring a best-in-class client experience within a highly digitalized environment by developing action plans to leverage clienteling opportunities and creating a yearly boutique animation plan.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Management with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, business acumen, and excellent analytical skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and motivated.
  • A passionate leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage stress, maintain confidentiality, and uphold the Maison's values.
  • Experience in budget management and proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
