Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our high-end retail store in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the boutique's operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales performance.


  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Oversee visual merchandising to maintain an attractive and on-brand store appearance
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stock control
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations
  • Collaborate with regional management to implement marketing initiatives and promotions
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and communicate effectively with customers
  • Organize and conduct regular team meetings and training sessions
