Quest Search and Selection is partnering with a leading retail group, recognized as a pioneer among top retailers in the region. They are seeking a highly motivated Boutique Manager to lead and manage their boutique operations in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining alignment with the brand’s values. Responsibilities of the Boutique Manager are : • Analyse boutique sales vs. budget and team KPI performance to find growth opportunities. • Collaborate with Area Manager to manage expenses and drive profitability. • Prepare and manage staff schedules within allocated wage budgets, submitting them for approval in a timely manner. • Monitor stock levels, ensuring timely orders and stock receipt. Prevent stock loss by educating the team and overseeing boutique activities. • Educate and coach team members on customer service, product knowledge, and consultation techniques while working on the sales floor. • Actively participate in training, seek feedback on performance, and continuously work towards professional growth. • Foster a positive work environment through open communication and collaboration among team members.

• Preferably a high school graduate. • At least 3 years of experience as a Boutique Manager or in a supervisory role within the retail or hospitality industries. • Preferably experienced in a supervisory position in the skincare, spa, or luxury hospitality sectors. • Strong team management & customer service skills. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
