Job Description



Mission:
The Store Manager's mission is to lead their store, drive business growth, manage and motivate the team, create a unique client experience, achieve sales goals, and optimize productivity.


Main Responsibilities:

Driving Sales
Support the team in achieving individual and team sales and clienteling targets. Identify business opportunities and challenges to initiate improvements. Encourage the team to be daring in cross-selling and using effective selling techniques. Collaborate with the direct manager to develop strategies to increase store traffic and expand the client network.
Client Experience
Assist the team in creating an engaging and emotional client experience with top-tier service. Promote a clienteling culture focused on building long-term relationships. Ensure meaningful client data is collected for CRM initiatives. Network to recruit new clients and VIPs.
People Management
Engage and motivate the team towards common goals. Coach, support, delegate, and develop team members. Be adaptable and authentic in interpersonal interactions. Recruit, select, and develop staff to support succession planning.
Merchandising
Coordinate with the local merchandising team, providing feedback and sharing insights on market trends, slow movers, and best sellers. Maintain curiosity about fashion, art, and culture to better understand the brand and market.
Store Operations
Ensure compliance with legal standards and uphold the brand's reputation by working closely with local store operations.

Who You Are


A proven track record in building a strong client portfolio, perceived as a leader, and capable of influencing others. Strategic, solutions-oriented, and results-driven. Strong understanding of fashion, art, and luxury. Skilled in conflict resolution and receptive to feedback. Committed to the brand’s values and self-expression, mindful of brand aesthetics.
