Job Description



Mission:
The Store Manager's mission is to lead their stores, drive their business, manage and motivate their team, create a unique client experience, reach sales goals, and optimize productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Driving Sales: Supports the team to achieve individual and team sales and clienteling targets. Identifies business opportunities and challenges to initiate improvements. Encourages the team to cross-sell and utilize selling techniques to maximize opportunities. Develops store strategies to increase store traffic and expand the client network in partnership with the direct Manager.
  2. Client Experience: Assists the team in creating an engaging and emotional client experience with top-tier service. Promotes a clienteling culture focused on building long-term relationships. Ensures meaningful client data collection for CRM engagement. Works closely with the local CRM team. Networks and recruits new clients and VICs.
  3. People Management: Engages and motivates the team towards common goals. Coaches, supports, and delegates tasks to support development and succession planning. Recruits, selects, and develops team members. Demonstrates flexibility, authenticity, and clear communication.
  4. Merchandising: Collaborates with the merchandising team by providing feedback. Keeps informed on fashion, art, and culture to understand market trends and collections. Shares key information on slow movers and best sellers with the VM team.
  5. Store Operations: Ensures legal compliance and maintains the store's reputation. Coordinates with Local Store Operations to uphold standards.

Qualifications: Proven track record of building a strong client portfolio, leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and delivering exceptional results. Strong understanding of fashion, art, and luxury. Capable of managing conflicts constructively, receptive to feedback, and aligned with the brand's aesthetic and vision.
