A leading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Boiler Operator to manage large industrial boilers. The role requires expertise in boiler operation, maintenance, and safety compliance, along with a technical diploma and several years of relevant experience, ideally in overseas environments.
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Boiler Operator for the operation and maintenance of large industrial boilers in Saudi Arabia. The role requires hands-on experience in managing boiler systems, ensuring optimal functionality, and adhering to safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background with a diploma in mechanical or boiler operation and experience in foreign industrial settings.
Operate and monitor high-pressure steam boilers and auxiliary equipment.
Perform regular inspection and preventive maintenance of boiler systems.
Adjust valves, pumps, burners, and other boiler controls to maintain required pressure, temperature, and water levels.
Conduct routine tests on water quality and fuel systems; maintain chemical dosing as per standards.
Record boiler operations, maintenance logs, and safety checks as per plant protocol.
Identify operational issues and carry out basic troubleshooting and repairs.
Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational standards set by the plant and Saudi regulations.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for major repairs or shutdowns.
Report any malfunctions, hazards, or deviations to the supervisor immediately.
Maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions around boiler rooms.
Technical Diploma (preferably in Mechanical, Thermal Engineering, or Boiler Operations).
Valid Boiler Operation License (if applicable in origin country).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operating large industrial boilers in a process plant or utility environment.
Previous experience in overseas projects, especially Gulf countries, is preferred.
