Technical Competence

• Advanced Operations & Maintenance Experience: Extensive experience in IMS/WCDMA/GSM core network management, specifically with BSP, AXE, and MGW CPP platforms.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Exceptional troubleshooting skills for traffic-related issues across various components, including IMS CSCF, MTAS, SBC, IP Works, Nels, MSS, MSC, FNR/HLR, STP, and MGW, using existing procedures, methods, and tools.
• Signaling Protocols Knowledge: Deep understanding of signaling protocols such as SS7/IP, GCP, CAP, MAP, INAP, SCCP, ISUP, BICC, SIP, Diameter, SGsAP, and ATM.
• Network Topology Expertise: Excellent knowledge of network topology, traffic handling capabilities, and traffic characteristics.
• Tracing Skills: Proficient in using protocol analyzers (e.g., K15, Masterclaw, Wireshark) for detailed traffic analysis.
• Performance Metrics: Strong knowledge of STS performance reports and experience in maintaining and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as LU, ASR, Paging, and Handover (HO).
• Configuration Knowledge: Familiarity with DT-related configurations, including A, B, IMSI, EOS analysis, signaling and traffic routing, nodes integration, and triggering tables.
• Tools Proficiency: Experience using tools like Primus, MHWEB, ERICOLL, and KCS.
• Network Design Interpretation: Ability to interpret network design documents to prevent errors and ensure correct implementation of change requests.
• Node Integration Skills: Excellent skills in integrating new nodes, including RNC, BSC, and VAS nodes (e.g., SMSc, ICS).
• HLR Data Management: Experience handling HLR data, including subscriber profiles and HLR redundancy.
• HW Troubleshooting: Good skills in troubleshooting hardware-related issues (e.g., APZ21250/40, APG).
• AXE Upgrades: Experience with hardware and software AXE upgrades.
• Emergency Handling: Very good skills in emergency handling situations.
• CELLO Platform Experience: Good experience with CELLO platform, MO-Shell, FTP, and Telnet.
