SAP HCM Consultant (Onsite travel to KSA).

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our growing team in Noida. This role requires a strong background in SAP HCM Payroll and the ability to travel onsite to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for project implementations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience, including at least 3 full lifecycle implementations in SAP HCM Payroll. You will be responsible for configuring and implementing SAP HCM solutions, leveraging your strong business process knowledge and expertise in various HCM modules. SAP HCM Payroll Implementation

• Participate in and lead SAP HCM Payroll implementations, including at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Configure SAP HCM and Payroll modules, including Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Utilize strong business process knowledge to map client requirements to SAP HCM functionality.
• Work with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Personnel Cost Planning (PCC).
• Develop and maintain Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR) and Schemas.
  
  

Integration And Technical Expertise

• Integrate Payroll with SAP FI.
• Understand and implement integration of SuccessFactors Employee Central with SAP HCM.
• Apply strong logical and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  
  

Client Interaction And Communication

• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Exhibit excellent client-facing skills to build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  
  

Project Delivery

• Contribute to the successful delivery of SAP HCM projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Onsite Travel

Be willing and able to travel to client locations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for project Skills and Experience :

• 5-8 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting.
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Knowledge in configuration of Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management & Payroll.
• Knowledge in ECP & PCC.
• Strong expertise in PCR & Schema.
• Experience in integration of Payroll with SAP FI.
• Knowledge in integration of SuccessFactors Employee Central with SAP HCM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Good logical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
