Bizz Design Specialist

As a Bizz Design Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and strategic design of our business applications. This position is essential in bridging the gap between business requirements and innovative design solutions. The Bizz Design Specialist is responsible for understanding complex business problems and translating them into user-centered designs that enhance productivity and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and developers to ensure that solutions are not just visually appealing but also functional and aligned with our business goals. With an eye for detail and a focus on usability, this role requires a unique combination of analytical thinking, creativity, and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough research to understand user needs and business objectives.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions.

13. Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistency.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, health sciences, or an equivalent field.
2. Over 6 years of experience with Bizzdesign and ArchiMate, having successfully implemented 2-3 projects utilizing enterprise infrastructure tools.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and usability solutions.
4. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
5. Experience with prototyping tools like Axure, Sketch, or Figma.
6. Understanding of user-centered design principles.
7. Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design techniques.
8. Experience in data analysis to inform design decisions.
9. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
11. Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing.
12. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
13. Creative problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
14. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
15. Willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.
