Job summary
A leading company in the construction sector is seeking a BIM Manager to oversee BIM implementation for major airport projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BIM processes, coordination, and technical leadership. Qualifications

Responsibilities:
- BIM implementation and coordination across all phases of the airport project (design, construction, and handover).
- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Model Production Delivery Tables (MPDT), and other project-specific BIM documentation.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Architecture, Structure, MEP, Civil) to ensure model integrity, clash detection, and compliance with project standards.
- Conduct BIM model audits and clash detection using software such as Navisworks, Solibri, or similar.
- Support 4D (construction sequencing) and 5D (cost integration) BIM applications for project planning and cost management.
- Integrate BIM models with GIS, asset management systems, and CDEs (Common Data Environments).
- Ensure adherence to international BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and relevant airport authority guidelines.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and BIM training to project stakeholders and junior staff.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure effective BIM collaboration.
- Support digital handover of as-built models for facility management and operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM, with at least 5 years on major airport/infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience working on CMS or EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) projects.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD Civil 3D, BIM 360 / ACC, and other relevant BIM tools.
- Knowledge of COBie, IFC standards, and integration with FM systems.
- Proven experience in clash detection, model coordination, and federated model management.
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, airport systems, and digital twin concepts.
- Familiarity with airport-specific requirements and authority standards (e.g., ICAO, IATA, GACA, FAA – as applicable)
