Job summary

A leading construction firm in Saudi Arabia is urgently hiring for the role of Civil Draftsman. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is essential. Responsibilities include developing 3D BIM models, ensuring compliance with design standards, and managing project deliverables. Immediate availability and a valid Iqama ID are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance.
• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM tools.
• Generate coordinated shop drawings, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
• Ensure all BIM deliverables meet project standards and timelines.
