Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all BIM-related activities across high-rise building projects in line with WSP's digital delivery strategy.
- Develop, implement, and enforce BIM execution plans and standards in accordance with client and project requirements.
- Coordinate with design, architecture, structural, and MEP teams to ensure seamless model integration and information accuracy.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of federated models, clash detection, and coordination reviews using industry-standard tools.
- Provide training, support, and mentorship to project teams on BIM processes, tools, and technologies.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other consultants to ensure smooth BIM workflows and data exchanges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive innovation in digital delivery and support WSP's digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and other applicable BIM frameworks and regulations.
Qualifications- 10+ years of professional experience in BIM management, particularly within high-rise building projects.
- Previous experience working in a consulting firm or multidisciplinary engineering environment is essential.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and other relevant BIM standards and protocols.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams, stakeholders, and complex digital processes effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's or professional certification in BIM is a plus.
