Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented BIM Managerto join our team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We envisage success in this role to include;

  • Leading and managing the BIM processes for infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to standards and protocols.
  • Utilizing Civil 3D software to develop and manage 3D models for various infrastructure elements, including roads, highways, and utilities.
  • Collaborating with project teams to coordinate and review BIM models, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project data.
  • Preparing, review 3D models (Arch/Str) for all the assets in the projects (buildings, roads, gates…etc.).
  • Preparing and reviewing Primavera P6 schedules.
  • Creating 4D models, monthly 4D progress reports, Animation.
  • Designing 3D logistics plans.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to client management teams.
  • Aligning models breakdown with the program WBS and vice versa.
  • Coordinating 4D information between planning, construction, and technical teams.
  • Managing and coordinating BIM standards development, implementation, and quality on all related files and models.
  • Developing and implement project 4D strategy and understand the scope of work for all stockholders.
  • Troubleshooting any BIM related issues
  • Attending & calling for coordination Meetings
Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience partnered with Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent field.

Advanced proficiency in a range of computer aided design tools including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and various Revit add-ins such as Dynamo, and integration tools with Specification, Energy Analysis, Cost control, Engineering analysis.

Advance proficiency in BIM360 Docs and Design (ACC).
