BIM Coordinator

We are currently looking for a BIM Coordinator with a minimum of 8 years' experience.

Qualifications and Technical Competencies

• Familiarity with BIM/Revit software.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in BIM/Revit.
• Good understanding of engineering principles and spatial coordination.
• Adherence to Atkins BIM Standards.
• Exposure to infrastructure design processes.
• Ability to interface with architectural and structural disciplines.
• Ability to interpret MEP/architectural/structural engineering requirements.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Quick learner with the ability to retain new skills from various sources and work independently.
• Experience working under quality systems, including check and review processes.
• Knowledge of industry-standard layouts and nomenclature.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Ability to work in teams to meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with consultants and contractors.
• Ability to evaluate BIM adoption effectiveness, including 4D/5D simulation for different project types.
• Experience in preparing, updating, and maintaining BIM 4D simulations and reporting (actual vs. planned) using Navisworks.
• Coordination with Planning, BIM, and Construction teams to ensure the 4D model reflects site conditions accurately.
• Coordination with QS and cost departments to assess the effectiveness of 5D simulations.
