The Role:

We are seeking a Bids/Proposals Manager Rail & Metro to lead and manage high-value rail sector proposals. This role involves preparing competitive bids, engaging key stakeholders, and driving strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the bid development process for major rail projects, ensuring high-quality submissions
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop winning strategies
• Conduct market research and analysis to strengthen proposal competitiveness
• Ensure timely and compliant proposal submissions
• Build strong relationships with government agencies, private clients, and industry partners
