We are seeking a professional and friendly Bellman to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Bellman, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and assistance throughout their stay.

1. Welcome guests warmly and assist with their luggage upon arrival and departure
2. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions
3. Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel services
4. Assist with valet parking services and manage the flow of vehicles at the hotel entrance
5. Coordinate with front desk staff and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
6. Handle guest requests efficiently and professionally
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and entrance areas
8. Assist with special events or VIP arrivals as needed
9. Ensure the security of guest belongings and maintain confidentiality of guest information
10. Stay informed about local events and attractions to provide up-to-date recommendations
11. Adapt to changing situations and maintain a positive attitude during busy periods

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on detail and guest satisfaction
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle luggage
5. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
6. Familiarity with local customs, culture, and attractions in Jeddah and surrounding areas
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
9. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently
10. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to guest service
11. Adaptability to changing situations and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
12. Knowledge of basic safety and security procedures
13. Professional appearance and demeanor
14. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality is a plus
