A leading company in the SRG sectors is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand its presence in industries such as Construction and IT. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing client relationships to achieve ambitious growth targets.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth
and expanding our group business in SRG sectors, such as Construction,
IT, Travel & Tourism, Facility Management and other SRG related sectors.
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in
identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships,
and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
Essential Duties:
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities, keeping up-to-date
with industry trends and market developments
● Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors,
and develop strategies to effectively target and win new business
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and
stakeholders in the industry, including clients, contractors, and
industry associations
● Develop and implement business development plans and strategies to
achieve growth targets and expand the company's presence in the
market
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, withing the Group, to
develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet the specific needs
of clients
● Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and pitches to key
clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the value
proposition of our products and services
● Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and
customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation
● Review the business plan and strategy for the Central Region market
that ensures attainment of the Group’s goals and profitability
● Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on
business development activities, achievements, and challenges
● Ensure pre-qualifications with customers are completed and
maintained
Minimum Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a
related field.
● Five years’ experience as a Business Development Manager or in a
similar role within similar sectors or industries.
