What You'll Do

• Shape the digital transformation of leading organizations by planning, launching, and executing IT projects with public sector clients.
• Manage internal and external teams, combining industry and IT expertise with agile project management to design and scale technology transformation strategies.
• Coordinate teams, lead discussions with top management, and provide insights based on current market trends during IT function assessments and optimizations.
• Work with major energy players across market segments, supporting their digital and IT transformation journeys.

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in computer science, informatics, engineering, or related fields with high academic achievement.
• 6-8 years of relevant IT consulting experience, especially in operational and strategic transformation projects.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas and broader energy sectors.
• Proven leadership in project teams, including client-side management.
• Strong resource planning and motivational leadership skills.
• Knowledge of all stages of developing successful IT organizations and processes.
• Ability to plan IT initiatives and develop solid business cases.
• Fluent in English, capable of understanding and communicating complex topics.
