Bartender, Mixologist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender / Mixologist to join our pre-opening team at Miraval The Red Sea. This role is ideal for individuals who are creative, wellness-oriented, and committed to delivering elevated beverage experiences rooted in mindfulness and innovation.

What We re Looking For:
A dynamic beverage professional with a strong background in mixology and a passion for wellness-focused ingredients. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in crafting exceptional non-alcoholic beverages, mocktails, and functional wellness drinks, with a guest-first mindset and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a variety of crafted drinks and wellness beverages in line with Miraval standards.
2. Engage guests with personalized service and beverage recommendations.
3. Collaborate with the F&B and Culinary teams on menu development and seasonal offerings.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
5. Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory, and ensure accurate documentation.
6. Stay informed on global trends in mixology, wellness, and beverage innovation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
2. Proven mixology skills and familiarity with non-alcoholic wellness drinks.
3. Strong understanding of ingredients, presentation, and beverage cost control.
4. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
5. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
6. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
