Job description

• Craft Cocktails : Prepare a wide range of cocktails, wines, and beverages with precision, showcasing your mixology skills and aligning with the high standards of DELANO Dubai.

Guest Engagement : Interact with guests, offering personalized drink recommendations and ensuring their needs are met with warmth and professionalism.

Bar Management : Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar area, ensuring smooth operations and a polished guest experience.

Collaboration : Work with the team to support the development of seasonal beverage menus that complement dining options and elevate the overall guest experience.

Inventory Control : Assist in managing stock, ordering supplies, and minimizing wastage to ensure consistent service quality.

Stay Updated : Keep informed of industry trends and new cocktail techniques to continuously improve your skills and contribute fresh ideas to the bar’s offerings.

Team Support : Collaborate with other bar staff to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender, with prior experience in a high-end beach club or a luxury hospitality environment.
• Deep knowledge of the restaurant’s specialized beverage menu, including a detailed understanding of ingredients, preparation methods, or drink pairings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and assist guests with confidence and professionalism.
• Ability to memorize and explain menu items in detail, providing guests with an educational and enriching dining experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality experience
