Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standardized recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, tools, glassware, and stock.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with local laws and company policies.
• Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and assist with inventory control.
• Handle cash, credit card, and room charge transactions accurately.
• Set up and close the bar according to operational procedures.
• Assist in creating new cocktails and drink menus in collaboration with bar management.
• Comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and elevate when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; bartending certification is a plus.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment.
